Road Shows
We co-ordinate road shows at regular intervals across South Africa and the UK . Our road shows are very effective when targeting candidates in a specific region. They are also a unique opportunity for us to target prospective candidates who may not otherwise be aware of the exciting global career opportunities on offer.
Due to our extensive experience in sourcing candidates in various regions and across various industry sectors, we know where to locate the people you are looking for.
Once we have established your needs in terms of the skills you require, we will identify an appropriate region to target (where we know we will find these skills.) We will then target the relevant, local media where we will place advertisements, communicating the event effectively. We can also generate other promotional material eg. posters, flyers etc. depending on your requirements. At the event, we will present the career opportunity to candidates, answer their questions and collect their CV's. A short list of suitable candidates will then be presented to you.
Our road-shows have proven to be very successful, usually resulting in an overwhelming response from the targeted area.
IMPORTING SKILLS INTO SOUTH AFRICA
We are able to import "critical shortage skills" (as listed on the Critical Skills Shortage List issued by the South African Department of Labour) from abroad. Current projects include Nurses, Engineers and Hospitality staff from the Philippines.
